Jewelry Care

A short guide to caring for your sterling silver
POLISHING

In sterling silver it is normal to see some oxidization over time. While this is sometimes confused with the permanent tarnishing that occurs in plated fashion jewelry, oxidization in silver is superficial and can be easily removed or prevented. Use the polishing cloth included with your purchase for daily maintenance and use a silver polishing cream to restore your pieces to 'like new' shine.

Showering in your sterling silver is completely okay, just make sure to avoid harsh chemicals and pat your jewelry dry afterwards.

Please avoid wearing your jewelry in chlorine water as the chemicals are generally harmful to any jewelry - regardless of material.

Gemstones are often more delicate than silver and other metals. Avoid exposing them to hot water, harsh chemicals, and cleaners. Instead use a soft, damp cloth to gently cleanse the stones.
