We do not offer a warranty. However, if in the rare event that your Isabella Rane piece breaks due to no fault of your own, we are happy to provide repairs and leave you with the best experience possible. At this time we do not offer returns, only exchanges.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing info@isabellarane.com within that time frame.
Please allow 5-7 business days time to process the refund.

Currently we offer shipping within the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Please add items to your cart to see estimated shipping costs and time frames. Customers outside the USA are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. If you are interested in purchasing but live in an area we do not offer shipping to, please reach out, we can organize international shipping on a case by case basis.
